Mindfulness is a powerful tool that can be used to improve your child’s health & well-being, enhance your parent-child relationship and support your student’s learning process at school and in life.

Mindfulness is for everyone. When parents, students, teachers and staff are all practicing mindfulness – we all benefit - especially our kids! We all want our kids to thrive and succeed in school and in life. Mindfulness can be a key factor in making that a reality.

This experiential, interactive and practical presentation will focus on the practice and teachings of mindfulness, beginning steps for practicing mindfulness, and its benefits for students and their parents.
