Mindfulness Meditation Training for Healing Professionals - 2 Week Series

Join us to gain an in-depth understanding of mindfulness, its benefits in health, wellness, healing, education and business. This workshop provides specific direction for the application and integration of mindfulness for professionals in all areas of life.

We will focus on:

Mindfulness Meditation Mini-Retreat

Mindfulness meditation is a practice of training the mind and heart for inner peace, health and happiness. Join Dr. Epstein for a mini-retreat and learn to relate to life from a place of inner stillness, balance, equanimity and calm. We will engage in guided meditations, instructions, and silent practice. We will focus on mindfulness meditation teachings, practice and the process of integrating these teachings into our every day lives. There will be time for discussion and Q&A.

Meditation as Medication

The best of times is now, facing life's challenges, experiencing life's joys! Through lecture, discussion, sharing, group support, learning mind-body skills of meditation, relaxation, stress reduction, attitudinal healing perspectives, the class will focus on learning to live life in the present moment, finding joy, peace, happiness and serenity in the midst of daily life's inevitable ups and downs.
